2026-27 Enrollment & Interest Process

Design39Campus is a Learner-Centered Lab School offering optional enrollment in grades TK-8. In alignment with BP 7212, enrollment priority is given to participating Mello Roos Districts (commonly referred to as ***Community Facilities Districts or “CFDs”) within the Poway Unified School District.  D39C construction was fully funded using CFD special taxes.  Families living within participating CFDs (4, 6, 8, 12, 13, 14 and 15) may choose to attend their neighborhood school (Stone Ranch ES, Monterey Ridge ES, Del Sur ES, Willow Grove ES, Black Mountain MS or Oak Valley MS) or have the opportunity to participate in the draw process for one of the limited seats at D39C.

Design39Campus has an enrollment process to ensure proper fit. If you are interested in enrolling your child, please follow these steps:

 

1. Learn more about D39C by clicking here!
 
2. Starting at noon on January 7, 2026, complete an interest form on our Applicant Management System by 11:59 p.m. January 31, 2026, to enter your student on the 2026-2027 enrollment draw. **Information an link to be updated January 7, 2026.
 
3. The Parent Tours will be held on January 9th, January 13th, and January 20th. Sign up for the Parent Tours here.  Check-in for the Tours will be from 9:20-9:30 am or at 5:30 pm.  Parent Tours are for adults only. All visitors will need to bring a current driver’s license/photo ID. Upon signing in, the ID will be run through the CA Megan’s Law database.
 
4. The enrollment draw will take place by mid-February. Invitations to attend D39C will be emailed in the weeks following the draw.
 
5. Due to strong interest in Design39Campus, families will need to respond to the invitation to enroll within 48 hours of receiving an acceptance email.
 
6. Upon accepting an invitation, directions will be sent to families to complete the enrollment process.
 
7. Wait-list notifications will be sent in order of the draw after invitation responses have been received.
 
8. As the D39C selections will not be finalized prior to the opening of PUSD new student enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year. All interested families, new to PUSD, must complete online new student enrollment at your school of residence, which opens February 2nd, to ensure your child has a seat in PUSD for the 2026-2027 school year.

Important Note About Design39Campus: PUSD Transportation does not provide bus service for this campus.
